Engage, Listen and Focus. These are useful terms to assist you in your daily communications in the office, with patients and with stakeholders. The three terms serve to remind us of the essential tools needed for effective articulation towards patients, teams, projects or targets, The concept is rooted in a behavioural change which may be subtle and ultimately thought-provoking.
